Frederica Trading's Premium, Organic Bamboo Magnetic Knife Strip is perfect wall knife mount for those who wish to save space in their kitchen or bar. With the included mounting hardware, the strip simply attaches to your wall securely and easily. You can also mount using command strips or glue. In addition to the beauty and elevated appeal of bamboo wood, our magnetic knife block strip is a great alternative to stainless steel metal knife bars. They are beautiful and much lighter than stainless steel metal strips.

With the beautiful laser-engraved Frederica Trading brand logo engraved on the bottom right corner you can display your cutlery and utensils for easy access and functionality while enjoying a beautiful decoration for your kitchen or bar area. This knife strip, scissors, tools, & utensil holder mounts easily (installation hardware is included) within minutes in your kitchen or bar. It features six concealed magnetic locations to safely and securely mount your knives, utensils, magnetic spice containers, or tool. [Knives/Utensils not included] Each of the six embedded magnetic locations have two separate magnets for extra heavy duty strenth.

Our wooden strips are fully LFGB certified for food safety and security. Common uses include being used as a magnetic knife holder, utensil holder, knife saver, kitchen and bar gadgets storage and organization, kitchen and bar decorations, and as a magnetic tool strip. The strip can easily be used in laundry rooms, garages, or tool shops as well as a magnetic tool holder strip.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are currently offering free worldwide shipping on every order over $50! Be sure to take advantage of this promotion before it's over. We package & ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location. 

 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

 

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-7 business days within the US, and 10-30 days worldwide. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

 

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

 

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

 

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
